Personal Appointments

Get one-on-one answers to your questions about the university, its programs and services, and the admissions process. Come in Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., (excluding university holidays) on a walk-in basis to speak with an admissions representative. No reservations are necessary. Just check in at the lobby of the Office of Undergraduate Admissions, located on the ground floor of the Mitchell Building.

The personal appointment isn’t an admissions interview and doesn’t have any influence on your admission decision, invitation to a special program or eligibility for a merit-based scholarship.

If you are unable to visit us but would like to receive information about the University of Maryland’s academic programs, financial aid and campus life, please visit Request Materials to have information sent to your home or school address.

We can’t wait to meet you!
